His projects aim to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create a tapestry of narratives that reflects the true richness of our global community.

THR1VE Media was founded by Link Kabadyundi, a passionate advocate for amplifying underrepresented voices. Moved by a purpose to create impact at scale, Link’s journey has led him on an intriguing path filled with diverse experiences. Coming from a family of 7 siblings, he was born in Kinshasa (Congo) and grew up in Montreal (Canada) where he developed passions for music, basketball, and photography. In later moving to Texas, Link got a chance to further develop his basketball talents in the United States, at Texas Christian University (TCU) and at the University of Texas at Arlington. At these stops, Link’s network expanded and so did his dreams and goals. In 2017, he founded THR1VE Media, through which he worked with a variety of clients ranging from individual clients to major corporations and Fortune 100 CEOs. Link also has a deep impact grounded in community work; he currently leads Toronto Raptor Chris Boucher’s SlimmDuck Foundation, has worked alongside NBA teams on social impact, and with the Otis & Rosie Brown Foundation. To add to his resume, Link also dabbles into technology in building Synoptech, a company and brand aimed at empowering athletes and optimizing their recovery process. In all aspects of his personal and professional life, Link aims to empower and inspire others.
